Short Run Fulfilment Services To The Trade
We are a small UK company providing specialised fulfilment services in the field of barcoded labels, cards and equipment.
If your customers need ad-hoc or ongoing supplies of barcoded labels, membership cards, or hardware such as barcode readers, we can supply those as a hidden service. The process is a similar concept to ‘drop shipping’ – your customers place their orders with you – you pass them on to us – we print the labels or cards to order and ship them direct to your customer in an unmarked package with your return address on it, and we bill you monthly.
Your customers never know we exist.
Barcoded Labels

Since the 1990s we have specialised in the production of barcode labels for products, document storage and library books.
We typically provide resin-printed ‘indestructible’ polymer labels which are extremely robust and much higher quality than the typical paper labels.
This makes them ideal for library books and document storage as they are almost impossible to damage.
In environmental terms, given the reduced wear on the printers and the increased lifetime of the label, they are just as good as, and sometimes better than, paper ones.
These are supplied in rolls of 1000 – which is the minimum order.
We keep the templates on file for each of your end customers, so if their labels have sequential barcodes we will know where the numbering should start for subsequent orders.
Our system can produce almost any barcode symbology, with or without check digits, and we can also deal with codes that have additional characters in the text, or where the human-readable text does is not the same as the barcode content.
If you don’t know what barcode symbology or format your customer is using, just send us a picture of the barcode, and we’ll work it out.
Other Labels

We can produce other types of bespoke labels such as warning labels for equipment, labelling for storage bins (weatherproof or not) and non-removable asset tags for equipment tracking. In the past we have produced specialised labels which bond to rubber to mark military decontamination suits and masks, labels for industrial recycling bins, and labels to identify dies for steel presses which are cleaned of oil by dipping them in solvent.
If you produce systems that need labels we can help.
Membership Cards

Our equipment can print standard credit-card size (CR80) cards either in paper or plastic, and either single or double-sided. They can also print spot colours and signature strips, although we have found over many years that the best looking cards are often the simplest. If your customer has a logo we can design a card using one of our standard templates, and send you a proof for them to approve.
These come in counter-top boxes holding 100 cards, which were specially designed for us to protect the cards during shipping and storage, and make it easy to take them out one-by-one as necessary.
Barcode Readers and Hardware
We can supply barcode readers and other hardware directly to your customers to suit their purposes. We are able to program readers to re-format barcodes if their content does not match the barcode system being used, so we can help if you’re providing a replacement system for a customer who already has one in place from a different supplier.
Overseas Customers
Yes. We send labels, cards and equipment overseas. We do all the customs paperwork for you, but we are only acting as an agent. Any customs paperwork your customer sees has your name on it. All they might be able to determine is that the goods were shipped from an address in Scotland which looks like an industrial unit.
FAQs
- Short Runs?
- That’s what we specialise in, but people have asked for tens of thousands. If someone wanted more than that we can do it – but our selling point is that we can produce 1000 labels or 100 cards.
- Do you produce ID cards for staff?
- No. There are simply too many data protection regulations which would mean arranging for safe, traceable destruction of print ribbons, and the security of personal data. It would cost too much.
- But – We’ve never heard of you!
- Excellent! That’s exactly how it should be.
